The purpose of this project was to develop a feasible business plan for a swim school, which would offer various aquatic activities with the care product being youth swimming lessons. The initial portion of this thesis discusses in detail what a business plan is, the purpose of a business plan, and the components of a business plan.This business plan also includes a market research analysis.
