Before your final class, please email the following items to ATTN: Serena McGill at info@swimatu.com:

(1) Verification of your state therapy license (usually available online through your state board)

(2) A copy of your therapy school diploma

(3) A letter verifying that you have performed aquatic interventions for at least 250 hours (submitted on letterhead or on company email).

Please let us know if you have already submitted these items and/or when you plan to submit.
